I know I haven't been a "gardener" for very long, but it never really feels like March til I've cut my first ranunculus. This year they're sharing a container with these lovely purple anemones. I only have a small deck now, a fraction of the size of my old rooftop, but even just a few containers go a long way to making this place feel like home.

Anemones are my favorite flowers! I got some seeds this year, and hope they will grow in my garden. (ps, working on a translater on my blogg...)
